I recently had a disappointing experience purchasing a 2024 GMC Sierra. While the sales representative was professional and not pushy, things took a turn for the worse once I reached the finance department.
First red flag: I was asked to put down a deposit and sign paperwork before I ever saw or test-drove the vehicle. I was told this was to “expedite the process” and that if I didn’t like the car, they would work with me — supposedly their policy across all locations. That turned out to be false.

Josie one of the sale associates suggested we return our truck back over to our credit union. Buy their truck and rebuild credit from the fallout all for buying a new truck from them. We had negative equity in our trade so a deal couldn't be done without putting significant money down and wasn't in our plan.
